Yuan Goang-ming at Art Night

Yuan Goang-ming is truly taking over London this summer - alongside his debut UK solo show ongoing between June 20 - August 6, the pioneering Taiwanese digital artist will also have his work on display at Art Night 2018 on July 7

Art Night is a free annual contemporary arts festival that transforms London for one unforgettable night, presenting acclaimed international art in unusual locations across the city.

Art Night 2018’s trail is its most ambitious yet, running along the Thames from Southbank Centre through Nine Elms to Battersea. The festival is curated by Hayward Gallery, to celebrate the renowned institution’s reopening and to coincide with its 50-year anniversary.

Yuan Goang-ming's critically acclaimed video work Dwelling will be projected onto the Hayward Gallery itself, where his work will be visible for all to see in the area, including those crossing the popular Waterloo Bridge, between 6pm and 6am on July 7

New commissions and work premiering in the UK by leading contemporary artists is presented across a dozen exceptional historic sites, iconic landmarks, secret venues and public spaces around Southbank Centre, Vauxhall, Nine Elms and Battersea, including Hayward Gallery itself.
