Based in two renovated Edwardian houses near Buckingham Palace, Delfina Foundation is an independent, non-profit organisation dedicated to fostering artistic talent and facilitating exchange through residencies and public programmes ranging from workshops to exhibitions, both in the UK and with international partners.

The Cultural Division of Taipei Representative Office in the UK works to introduce Taiwanese culture to audiences in the UK and beyond, supports Taiwanese artists in bringing their works to new shores, and helps to facilitate Taiwan-UK cultural collaboration and understanding.
