D_Antidote Production: Palingenes & Non-Ordinary Services

D_Antidote Production: Palingenes & Non-Ordinary Services at The Coronet Theatre

Taiwanese contemporary dance company D_Antidote Production and choreographer Chuang Po-Hsiang (莊博翔) will bring two distinctive works to London’s The Coronet Theatre this October: the acclaimed Palingenesis (㒩) and the UK premiere of Non-Ordinary Services (非普通服務).

The work Palingenesis explores how individuals can become entangled in collective relationships and increasingly dependent on social validation. It was presented at 2024 Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 2024, where The Stage selected Chung Po-hsiang as one of five theatre-makers who made a significant impact. For Non-Ordinary Services, D_Antidote continues their exploration of the complex emotional and power dynamics between bodies and society.

Through striking physical movement and surreal, sci-fi-inspired imagery, both works explore the body, identity, intimacy and the invisible structures that shape our lives. Together, they showcase D_Antidote Production’s distinctive approach to contemporary dance, creating a space between reality and illusion.

Performance dates:

28–31 Oct | Palingenesis

29–31 Oct | Non-Ordinary Services

The Coronet Theatre, 103 Notting Hill Gate, London W11 3LB
